Pricing

Each job requires a custom quote. We charge an hourly rate of $60.00 per hour for skilled and $12.00 an hour for unskilled labor. The material is sold to you at cost with a 10% handling charge. You will be given receipts for all materials. One hour drive time is allowed. Any distance over one hour or (40 miles) will be calculated at the unskilled rate. You will know how many total hours the entire job should take and we will give you a guaranteed maximum price. All jobs are priced at time and material.

Depending on the nature of the job, the average is about one week. Time slips are used to track hours. Day one is design, and structure building. Day two is base coat. Day three is final coat and carving. Day four is cleaning and coloring. The average day will range from 6 to 8 hours, with 15 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon, with a half hour for lunch. Some jobs only require a couple of hours a day. No job is too big or too small for RockMaker!
